In 2017, spend more time celebrating your teams successes and wins. Many times, teams will focus on what they didn’t do well or if they had a failure and they don’t spend enough time celebrating what is going well or celebrating projects that are a success – and it doesn’t have to be the large things, it can also be the small successes. Take the time and make it part of your goals and culture for 2017.
