BlackBerry No Longer Making Hardware. At one point, not so long ago, I had a Blackberry but quickly replaced it when the iPhone became relevant for myself. As of yesterday, Blackberry announced it would no longer manufacture its own devices but will still sell BlackBerry branded phone. BlackBerry will continue with their software sales which are aimed at businesses and government.

Abandoned Shopping Carts and eMail. Any company that has an online eCommerce business needs to worry about abandoned carts and how to reach those customers that abandoned. Only half of British retail sites are currently using cart email targeting and I would assume that the number within the US is much lower.
