We have all struggled with the ability of converting a customer.

There are many programs to run – create a strategy around who you want to target and how you plan on reaching that individual.

Your customers could look like; existing, lapsed, high frequency, low frequency and non- customer.

Some of the program tactics you can run; lapse buyer, cart abandon, customer lifecycle journeys, welcome series, triggered notifications, upsell ability, cross sell, creating engage in their desired channel and really creating a good customer experience so that they don’t want to go somewhere else.
