How are you using customer feedback to improve your digital channel experiences? Customer feedback shouldn’t be viewed as a bad thing but as an opportunity to improve your digital flows, marketing messages and overall customer experiences. Sometimes we get a little too close to our programs and lose sight of how the customer views or interacts. With the feedback, you are making changes that the customer or many customers have requested by their comments.
