You have your goals for your company and teams, how are they posted or made available for the teams? At Papa John’s, we do a great job of posting the company goals in very visible locations. This is a great reminder for team members to see these goals and to see the entire company is working towards these goals and that it is necessary to collaborate and work together to meet these goals – it is not one area that will make it happen, it is every area working together that will make it happen.
