According to the Litmus “State of Email (March 2017”, 54% of eMail is being open on Mobile while desktop represents 16%. With that said, it is even more important to mobile optimize your eMails for the best experience for your customers.

With the right resources, the optimization process should focus on some of the following adjustments; Use Litmus to test and view on over 30+ clients, optimize for a 3-4 second read, use simple designs, very clear call to action, use 1 or 2 column templates, font size that is larger, limit navigation, light images, shorter subject lines and use preheader text.
