After a little Thanksgiving break and time to catch up, back at it.

When looking to be an expert in your field, there are many things you can do, such as follow daily publications, follow and learn from a mentor and so on. Something else that you can be do is write articles on LinkedIn or on a Blog. This gives you awareness with others but also gives you the ability to step back and look at what you are doing, the ability to think about your programs, how you lead and in the end, you end up helping others improve their programs or their leadership style. I use writing of articles more for myself to keep in touch with the little parts of our programs and to keep in touch with events that impact my field.
