Do you know how your Loyalty program is performing and how your customers are engaging with your program? As part of your strategy and goals, you should have the KPIs that you are going to measure against. Some of the measurements you should be looking at are; acquisition rate, attrition rate, retention rate, wallet share, customer participation, sales via customers within program, what marketing programs are driving participation and others you can layer on. If you understand the basic KPIs of your program, then you can make the necessary adjustments for improvement.
