Good, bad or ugly, doesn’t matter – social plays a part in every brand experience that a customer has today.

It is wise to know your customer, to listen to your customer and to do everything you can to ensure your customer is happy and their experience are good.

Even if they have a bad experience, you still have the opportunity to fix it and make it a good experience.
