Sometimes it is the little things that go unnoticed by many, but these little things add up to something big and the overall experience a customer receives from a brand.

Take Chick-fil-A for example. Great customer service but it is also all the little things and attention to detail. The small details of having Cheerios for kids may go unnoticed by many but it is mush appreciated by those customers with small kids.

Details like this show the corporate culture and how they view their customers from within.
