I have read many articles on the topic of “Time spent” In-App vs Mobile Web. You really need to have an understanding of what that means and how that may not have any relevance to your brand or even category. The numbers are skewed towards App usage when you look at what the top apps are – Facebook, Twitter, Pandora etc. Look at YOUR BRAND and what the usage is for your Mobile Web compared to your App and make the strategy adjustments based on your analytics.
