What does professional experience mean to you?
That you have been around the block?
That you have risen through the ranks?
That you are smarter now than when you started your career?

Experience is many different things to each individual. You can and could be experienced in many different areas – like to call that well-rounded.
I feel that experience comes with a responsibility, a responsibility to share, a responsibility to give back, a responsibility to give forward, and a responsibility to help others grow. It is so easy to do with all the tools we have available today.

We are in an age where information is easily shared! Pay that experience forward to others! Help others learn and grow.
