There are many ways to get digital feedback from your customers – some of the following are low cost but effective avenues; order confirmation page, order confirmation email, sales receipt URL, email surveys based on order behavior (need to have the ability to access your data, website feedback form, usability tests, social listening, YOUR customer service team, call your customers regularly…just to name a few. Both positive and negative feedback is equally important for your business.
