And you don’t have to be defined as a boss or a leader…

I would prefer to be…
– a good manager
– a good coach
– a good mentor
– a good colleague
– a good teammate

I would prefer to…
– show by example
– help others grow and reach their goals
– show what hard work and determination does
– get the most out of others without demanding
– listen
– participate
– foster positive environment

I would prefer to rely on…
– team work
– collaboration
– responsibility
– accountability
– learning
– not pointing fingers

You don’t need to be the leader, but be someone that can get the most out of others and help them and the team achieve their goals – You win as a team and you lose as a team.
