Loyalty programs are great for customers, but why are they beneficial for brands? This is a fun one and I have listed some benefits; Collect customer data, reengage rewards customers, boost sales/growth, great market research on your customers, ability to provide in-store or digital rewards, attract new customers and engage lapse customers, ability to push a customer into a higher volume segment and increase brand awareness. There are many other benefits, but this is just a thought starter around loyalty.
