An eMail preference center is a great way to let your customers/subscribers determine how you communicate with them and with the content they want. A preference center can also help in keeping your customers engaged and to help retain them by giving them what they want, when they want it.

A preference center also allows you to send more personalized content that is relevant to your customer, thus building better customer loyalty while also allowing you to collect data that will help you gain knowledge about them that you may not already know.
