The customer is always right, but are they? What about a rude, nasty and disrespectful customer who degrades your employees over something that is very minor in nature. For example, they brought out the wrong salad dressing and then the customer went off.

In this instance, the customer might be right but their actions or attitude really negate that.

It is all in how you treat people even when they may not meet expectations.
