Be your own voice. You don’t have to agree with what everyone else says just because you are in a lower position than someone else. Stay true to your values, integrity and character to voice what your thoughts are, even if they don’t align with others. Don’t be an echo!
Just think, if we all agreed with everything, there wouldn’t be any change or innovation…and that would be boring.
