It is never too late to begin setting goals for yourself and your teams. When you are setting your goals think about the timeline of the goals, focus on the growth of the team and also each individual, don’t set the goals in a bubble – involve your team within the process, make sure the goals are measurable and finally, make sure to celebrate the successes, be flexible enough to course correct and don’t be afraid to make mistakes.
