Your Brand is a leader in the market.

You know what you are doing.

Why would you look to others for advice or direction?

Why would you look and see what your competitors are doing?

After all, you are the category leader!

In the blink of an eye, you can go from the leader to a has-been – just ask Blockbuster, Sears, K-mart and others.

Keep an eye on your competition. How are they innovating and advancing.

Keep an eye on your customers and how their behaviors are changing.

If you rest and do nothing, people will forget – communication to your customers is important, just as important as the channel they use to engage with you.

Tiffany & Co is an example of a brand that looked at what their competitors were doing with Mobile and made the adjustments to give the same Tiffany experience within their Mobile experience.

Watch your competition just as much as you are watching your brand.
