There are many ways to get feedback from your customers. I want to focus on the limited budget with limited resources – you still have options to get what you need. Look to target your customers based on what they have purchased and where they have purchased from (online vs offline) for example. With online/digital, you have opportunities to include survey links within your order confirmation emails or order confirmation pages, you can also target customers based on the data you have and the actions they have taken.
