Do you know the age demographics of your customers that have a smartphone and how they are purchasing or engaging with your brand? This will help you determine where you need to invest to ensure your brand is where your customer is. According to PEW Research, 92% of US adults ages 18-29 has a smartphone. For reference, adults ages 30-49 are at 88%, adults ages 50-64 are at 74% and adults ages 65+ are at 42%.
