When you attract a new customer to your brand, there is a reason why they chose you. There are several approaches you could be taking with these new customers, some of which are; survey them to understand why they choose your brand – was it the offer, your reputation, word of mouth and so on, create a strong welcome journey to introduce this new customer into your brand, track this new customer to understand more about them and what their purchase behaviors are and then build communication programs for these new customers.
