There are many types of consumers that your brand is engaging with and knowing how to communicate to these customers is a challenge. There needs to be a different use-case and strategy for each group.

I have identified some customers that you should target – the new customer, the skeptic, the impulsive customer, the comparison shopper, the timing is not right customer, the deal seeker/value seeker and the the loyalist.

Share other types of consumers that you deal with for the network.
