Chick-fil-A is a great example of how important all the little things are for the customer and how they excel as delivering on the Little WOW items.

Example…I have witnessed their employees walking people to their cars on raining days.

Another example…I screwed up a catering order and showed up 2 hours late to pick up. They remade the order with no questions ask.

There is so much more, but they are all little things that are engrained in their culture and they are consistent.
