Many of you are reading this on your mobile device, which is great for this channel. But, as a brand, how are your customers engaging with you?

There are certain brands that I only engage with on my mobile phone, but there are other brands that I will only engage with on the desktop – I have reasons for each engagement and how it meets my needs.

Know your customer and learn why and how they are engaging with you and look at the experiences you are providing.

Based off that knowledge, make better experiences for each channel – mobile first may not be for everyone or for every brand – think more of who your audience is and what their expectations are for your brand and how they are engaging.
